Jim and his son, Brock, value the relationship that is formed with our clients and will walk with you through the entire process, from selecting a home plan to the final details and finishing touches. Our Story
J.M. Holmes and Sons Inc. was founded in 1997 by Jim Holmes. Serving all of Central Illinois, we specialize in quality custom homes and remodels and are passionate about providing more affordable home modifications for handicap accessibility. We also accept roofing, siding, window jobs and build decks, pergolas or sheds. No job is too big or too small.
Because of our own experiences, we are very familiar with the challenges that families of disabilities face daily. Having had to make adaptations to our own home to accomodate our children's physical and developmental needs, we are aware of the astronomical cost of all things related to handicap accessibility. We also know that the needs of each individual are unique, depending on the nature and extent of disability and what works for one may not work for another. It is for this purpose that we are passionate about helping families find and develop home modifications that work at a more affordable cost.
